Soraia Ferreira is a degree in Sports Science in 2013 at the University of Évora. She concluded the master’s degree in Health and Exercise in 2016 with the thesis entitled “Physical activity and functional fitness in older adults with mild cognitive impairment”. Currently is a PhD in Humam Motricy at University of Évora.
She is a fellowship in the under the NANOSTIMA project – Macro-to-Nano Human Sensing: Towards Integrated Multimodal Health Monitoring and Analytics. She is collaborator in the Research Center in Sports Sciences, Health Sciences and Human Development (CIDESD). Soraia is a collaborator in the Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES).
Main research interests: physical activity and exercise, ageing and technology, neurodegenerative disease and healthy ageing.
